''Escobar: El Patrón del Mal'' (International Title: Pablo Escobar, The Drug Lord; also known as ''Pablo Escobar: El Patrón del Mal'') is a 2012 Colombian television series produced and broadcast on Caracol TV, about the life of Pablo Escobar. It is only available in Spanish. There is a version available with English subtitles.

From May 28 to November 1, 2012, Caracol TV aired ''Escobar: El Patrón del Mal'' weeknights at 9:30pm.〔(La historia como nunca se había contado )〕〔(La serie más vista en Colombia llega a su fin esta noche )〕 From July 9 to July 27, 2012, Telemundo aired one-hour episodes of ''Pablo Escobar'' weeknights at 10pm/9c, replacing ''Decisiones Extremas''.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=All Together. NBCUniversal )〕 From July 30, 2012 to January 24, 2013, Telemundo aired half-hour episodes of ''Pablo Escobar'' and ''El Rostro de la Venganza'' weeknights, both sharing the 10pm time slot.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=All Together. From January 2 until March 7, 2014 Canal 9 airs an hour of ''Pablo Escobar, El Patrón del Mal'' in the hours of 10:00 pm, replacing of ''Santos y Pecadores''. From the March 10, 2014 Canal 9 transmits half hour ''Pablo Escobar, El Patrón del Mal'', with'' El Señor de los Cielos'' that replacing the hours of 10:30 pm.
On November 25, 2013 issue confirms Telesudamérica ''Pablo Escobar, El Patrón del Mal'' in January, 2014. The December 16, 2013 Telesudamérica confirms a broadcast January 6. from January 6, 2014 ''Pablo Escobar, El Patrón del Mal'' Telesudamérica transmitted on the schedule at 4:00 pm, replacing ''Violetta''.
